We’re on a mission to help real estate companies unlock the full power of their data! Maverick Systems is a rapidly growing SaaS startup focused on using data science to help real estate brokerages grow through agent recruitment and retention. We’re seeking an Account Executive to help drive our expansion, during a critical 6-month project phase, with the potential for this role to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Project Overview:
This is a 6-month project-based role where the Account Executive will focus on scaling our client acquisition during a period of rapid growth. This role has the potential to become a permanent position, depending on the project’s success and overall business needs. This role is perfectly suited for someone who thrives in an independent work environment or is in a transitional period in their career, looking for a short-term, impactful project with the potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
● Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
● Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
● Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role in SaaS or technology-driven industries
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Proficiency in using CRM software
● Entrepreneurial persona with a driven, results-oriented mindset
Preferred:
● Experience working in a startup environment
● Knowledge of the real estate industry
● Experience with Zoho CRM, Calendly, Zoom
Compensation Plan:
● 100% commission with a very generous commission structure - OTE for 6-month project = $38K
● Opportunity for long-term hire based on performance
● Remote position with flexible working hours
