Our History

After working with dozens of brokerages nationwide, we identified key challenges that consistently hindered agent recruitment and retention efforts. The traditional approach to agent recruitment has left a critical gap in the industry. It was this gap that was the catalyst for forming Maverick Systems.  

Maverick Systems bridges the gap with advanced agent analytics, seamless smart integrations, and expert coaching, empowering brokerages to achieve their growth goals.

Meet Our Founder

With deep roots within the real estate industry, Diana is a trusted source of knowledge and expertise in guiding clients to meet their strategic goals through a customer-centric and data-driven approach. 


Prior to founding Maverick, Diana was one of the founding team members of a progressive data analytics company using data science applications, including AI to lead to enhanced outcomes. Her unique experience in working with and interpreting real estate data makes her a sought-after resource for many of the nation’s largest and most respected real estate brokerages. 


Diana is a contributing author for respected publications such as Inman News, Real Trends, and HousingWire and was recently named a RISMedia 2024 Real Estate Newsmaker. 


Diana has served on various boards, most recently for a nonprofit that seeks to empower women to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.  Expanding on her desire to serve, Diana has used her passion for rock climbing to coach special needs children, helping to develop their confidence and problem solving skills. She currently lends her time to leading and supporting her local business community in her beloved city of Chicago.
