Our History

After working with dozens of brokerages nationwide, we identified key challenges that consistently hindered agent recruitment and retention efforts. The traditional approach to agent recruitment has left a critical gap in the industry. It was this gap that was the catalyst for forming Maverick Systems.

Meet Our Founder

With deep roots in the real estate industry, Diana is a trusted advisor known for helping clients achieve strategic growth through a customer-focused, data-driven approach.

Before founding Maverick, she was a founding team member at a cutting-edge real estate analytics company, leveraging AI and data science to drive better outcomes. Her ability to interpret real estate data has made her a valued resource to many of the nation’s top brokerages.

A contributing author for Inman News, RealTrends, and HousingWire, Diana was named a RISMedia 2024 & 2025 Real Estate Newsmaker.

Passionate about service, she sits on the Board of Directors for United Way and has served nonprofits supporting women and children in crisis. She’s also coached special needs children in rock climbing, using the sport to build confidence and resilience. Based in Chicago, Diana remains active in championing her local business community.
